Freight Policy

We would like to bring you a pleasant experience when you shopping, we value freight, it is an important part. But the freight provided by third party, please make allowance for culpable in freight. We have a responsibility to you to choose the responsible express company, and we would like to get your feedback about freight.

International Freight is a complex process, we hope you know:

1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up- do not confuse them for additional shipment charges. And we do not have responsibility for any custom tax/duties/VAT (Value Added Tax)

2. We will not provide Shipping Refunds due to weather related delivery delays.

3. Deliveries to remote areas may increase delivery time.

4. We do not take responsibility for goods confiscated by customs officials or by similar authorities.

5. Orders are not returnable or refundable because of unexpected customs duties or other taxes.

6. Shipping rates quoted are estimates based on the information you have supplied. International shipping rates quoted do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges also may apply. Your final shipping charge may differ based on destination and other factors particular to your order.

7. If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please tell us immediately using the contact information included with the order.

8. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
